physical examination report出来了。20多年还是第一次这么全面的check up. 仔细看了一下各项机能指标还8错。 平时大量的锻炼和饮食的合理搭配真的起了不少作用。keep going:) 针对几个状况还需要做进一步调整，做一下plan。

howdy y'all.  im Ryan.Stone and so glad to be here.  let's give them around of applause. jaja, just kidding. honestly, some things have been happened in days ago.  im gonna share with u. ar u ready to roll?

 

long time ago, i dreamd of own a fantastic rider. now, im doing it for this. putting in the effort, i passed academic examination of traffic at last Wed. yeah, a hit in the pocket. that's such a good beginning.  u know, i was born it for sport, so i have to like what im seeing in it. someone often crack up self how skillful. dont be smug! im gonna work cut out for them, let's head out!  lol  :)

 

currently, i heard of some negative words about career.  inevitably, we cant afford to avoid confliction be happened in as much we work together. how to do? just follow your style, down to road , less words and more actions.it's okay.i hope that they dont ever beat u up. some things u cant really handld them at all. behavior modification it doesn't mean u can change the world. so turn around the bramble and dont stop planing your blueprint in different time point. ur the king of game. in my shoes, it became unstoppable force if u do them well. i feel werid about the whole judging people in geneal. im gonna only say "no matter how we try , we never turn our back on someone who loves me." take time shot u will see!

honestly, i have been blown away by avril's song over and over again.

differentlly, this is such a lyric song.  but none the less,it's smashed it!

ooh! guys. no misread what i mean. some wonderful rhythm always shake my emotion, attitude, thought et cetera. cause i often make myself be carzy. but i think it's good to me. did u get the same feeling?

 

i noticed some tips about learning language at last weedend. today, i wanna say another side. pronunciation! as non-mother tongue people, we can't performan it naturally when we born in and grow up on our mother land. then what should we do? ok! answer is simulation. tone, mouth figure, accent, link up reading, breaking read (im sorry, i cant be sure about expressing the last two points. hit me if u know). the most important key, i gotta tee it up for u. speak loudly. maybe it's hard to finish it like exact. it's ok, try again , over and over again! trust me, u can handle it by this way. perhaps ur gonna split them out when u have english dialog. at this point, ur US' boos trest u local people. lol.

 

u may ask me , much less foreigners around us, how the hell to simulate? yep, u ain't have that but u can create way. at this age, we have zillion of multi-way to study. join oral lessones? oh, no！it's looks like passive to most people. if u like movie, i gotta say ur a lucky dog. cuz u can learn so so so much very pure local-language. notes, u have better write down some what u listen to vacalubraies , sentence, US slang. after day, u really need to review them , u must go on speaking loudly. i like what im seeing in the way. very effective! another side , u may copy some e-audio to ur multi-player, just listen to them when u stay in leisure.

 

i reiterated a point, u must pengrave that u do review them. or else u own capability will be de-evolution. and then u just waste ur life. remember that, im not playing. at least , do stick it out. i will steal the show around all of people. good luck , man!  

Erewhile, i heard a song of Paula Abdul, it calls "Dance Like Theres No Tommorow". my brain is hard to keep down to calm. especial MV, so cool.if u like mixed music, this is what u want.

 

u know,'American Idol' ? currently, im rolling in that. it's amazing. i learn so much from the program.  such local expression of tongue! at this point, i also enjoy stunning performances and i have to admire the guys' gift of singing. hey, man! wait for what if u like pop music ?  

 

K, it's time to use this rig to our advantage, im gonna talk about how to learn language, of coz. i mean american.

sometimes, my friends ask me how? actually, our teachers or trainer give us a lotta ways how to learn english. and then we would do that. but why not see some gain?  i gotta say u must lose a key point. a faith of invariablenes. u can be successful if u take it. u know, the point u really need to keep it all along. it's doesn't mean hold it one day u can own it for ever. if ur faith die out little by little, then u gotta make strong that. i bet ur gonna say this is war. yup,such restless war! if u can't affort to do this, i have to advice that u dont waste time any more, walk another road it's okay.

 

if u follow me here. maybe u have a full career ahead of u. lol.just kidding. at least, u wanna step it up. learning of any skill is complex and have no panacea if u wanna make it before u gotta fall in love with it. it's not ur favorite? just do cultivate if u make decision to conquer them.

this seems to be a little bit more to me focus communion, on condition that u only write down ur expression and no speak, u and dummy have almost not different. no offence, i dont mean to look down up on chinese traditional education. i just wanna say no talk just mean no using. no use!? what the hell is going on? maybe my words sounds like extreme. in the other hand, u always not talk with anybody with ur note & pen?  brave to talk and speak loudly. just have a little faith u must have a huge gain.

 

okay, look at to be here, u should make ur eyes relax.  all in all, success is much closer to u on the understanding that u know i mean.
